Our parent company, O’Neil Plumbing Supply has been around since 1969 providing homeowners and contractors plumbing supplies and service for over 40 years. Our showrooms are located in Richmond, Virginia and we ship worldwide.

We do not sell through a shopping cart on our website because we believe in speaking directly with every customer to ensure they get exactly what they ordered. We know from our experience installing thousands of tubs that the purchase of a whirlpool bath is not as simple as pointing and clicking on the tub you want. We are available 24 hours to step you or your contractor through every phase of the planning and installation process.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, checks and money orders. Charges will be applied to your credit card at the time the order is processed. Within 24 hours you will receive an email confirmation and receipt for your purchase along with an estimated shipping date.

Shipping

For shipments within the continental U.S, we provide free shipping direct to the customer via common carrier freight. Upon arrival, please inspect the product to ensure it has no damage. If there is any damage, note it on the delivery ticket and refuse the delivery. Call us within 24 hours and we will get a new shipment out to you. If you sign for the product and take delivery and you later find shipping damage you will be responsible for any claims against the freight company. We will provide you the information you need to file the appropriate claim.

Returns

Whirlpool tubs or special orders may not be returned.

ATTENTION: TITLE PASSES UPON ACCEPTANCE BY THE CUSTOMER AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. PLEASE INSPECT BEFORE ACCEPTING IT FROM THE SHIPPING COMPANY. IF THE TUB IS DAMAGED, YOU MUST REFUSE DELIVERY AND CALL US IMMEDIATELY AT (800) 720-1062. WE WILL GET A NEW TUB SHIPPED OUT TO YOU PROMPTLY.

Other items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. A restocking fee of 25% or more (varies among manufacturers) will be charged. Initial shipping charges are not refundable and the customer is responsible for shipping the items back to the manufacturer. Returned items must be returned in the original package. Returns are inspected upon receipt and if found to be not re-saleable, a refund will not be issued. Please contact us prior to returning any items. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) number clearly marked on the package. No credit will be issued without this number.

Delivery time on most whirlpool tubs is 2 to 3 weeks. We do not guarantee delivery times, however can request specific ship dates. You can call us anytime at 800-720-1062 to check on the status of the delivery.
